These LEDs a work very well at 5v or 12v. They are still very bright and flashing at 5v.I use these in bio feedback brainwave relaxation toys. Flashing at about 7hz increases Alpha relaxation waves and 14hz helps get into the Beta brainwaves of normal thought. Helps beat anxiety and stress to think clearly.There's a good bit more but it seems to work. I'm thinking about Gamma creativity and how it can be induced by a 40 to 60 hz tone and how 50 blinks per second could be done.
