Smoke Lens Sequential LED Tail Lights for 2009-2017 Yamaha FZ6R - Enhanced Visibility & Style for Night Riding & Custom Motorcycle Builds

Purchased and installed in June along with the flush mount led front signal lights. I like how these lights changed the look of my 2016 fz6r raven. With this light I was able to eliminate the rear fender (purchased a separate fender eliminator). Gives the bike cleaner lines. I put about 3000 miles on the bike, and the tail light as well as the two front leds continue to perform well. Very happy with this product. I did have to use the included resistor that is required for some applications but instructions were clear and easy to follow. I have a strong familiarity with tools and using them for service and repair of automobiles, so I probably had an easier time than others but I would say this is still very easy. Other than the tools all you'll need are the included instructions and your motorcycle manual (for instructions on what to do to access the installations locations). I hope it continues to perform for years to come. I would recommend this product. By the way, as others have stated, use the original screws and screw them into the light and remove them before installing the light. This will tap the threads since the screw holes are not threaded, and it will make a big difference in the install.
