Great item, worth the money and looks greatThe lights are a great idea and really cool but that only works if they are actually soldered together. Make sure you have the tools to put it together yourself. Other than that I really love that they have a video that shows you exactly how to put it together.This is a cool little add on for this Darth Vader Lego Set. It took about 15-20 mins to install. The instructions tell you to go to a website that provides video instructions. It definitely adds that “extra” to your Lego set. I recommend. Would be a nice add on gift for a someone that enjoys building. Takes 3 triple A’s in a battery pack. But also comes with a USB adapter option if you wanted to plug it into a wall charger. This is a great option depending on your needs. We used batteries because we have no outlet where it is displayed. Recommend for the price and quality and what it provides your creations. The lights are bright and it works well. Happy Building!Lego's line of helmets are fun builds and this just adds a bit more to the enjoyment. After you download the instructions, the lights are not difficult to install. Just add a battery and the lights add another dimension of realism to your display. If you're really handy, you can extend the switch with a power supply so it can be lit all the time (recommended - just buy a variable DC supply with appropriate voltage and splice it in instead of the battery).The wires are tiny, but my 14 year old completed installing with the help of a YouTube. Video without any issues.
