I bought 2 sets almost 1 year ago. I placed them along my backyard fence in order to help scare off vermin and I could go out if I need to see what my dogs are doing. I have them on the setting where they are always on once it's dark and the go bright if there's motion. A great alert should someone decide to jump my fence into my yard. They stay lit all night. Besides adding function and security they add a nice ambiance to my yard. Suoer easy to install just screwed them into my fence. Highly recommend.They work very well, but need to put them where have direct sunlight. 2 of them I put at where don't have direct sun light, they don't work, but the rest work great. I tried to use the double side stick that came with the light- those don't work, fall off within hours. Totally worth the $ for solar power light. Motion sense is great as wellI purchased these lights three months ago. They worked fine at the beginning. None of them work now. The 1 star reviews are accurate. Do not waste your money here like a lot of us did. I put five stars so people can see it.My dog is scared of the dark & barks at shadows so I put them on top of my fence line, they last a few hours of pets running around & just two zip ties (thin) they work even without direct sunlight my dark side of the house.Wasn't sure about these lights by the pictures but they work great. I live out in the country so we have no street lights. They are small, light and really easy to install. Highly recommend these.I bought 48 of these to line my drive way (about a half mile long) Screwed them to a board that i sunk into the ground. took about a day or 2 to get a full charge but after that, it turned out great. i use the low light/motion, which kicks it to high when it detects motion. ill be buying moreThese are super great lights !! We put them on our backyard fence posts, wanting light for when our dog goes out at night. We used small nails to hang them to try them out before using the screws. The motion detection works great & I like that you can adjust the brightness. The solar build up works good & the light covers a good area. I even bought a 2nd box to add more so we would have them on every fence post.
