I had to use these closely together as the colors were definitely different than the old traditional lights that I’ve been using for years.Purchased to wrap juniper bushes at Christmas time. Ended up draping over iron fence instead. They looked great.So I ordered one 12x5 set and I love it, works great, brand new, beautiful.I ordered another set to connect to the one I have to make it a big longer. My order came in the mail today and it was a giant, heavy bag. When the first set I had ordered was wrapped neatly and placed in a small box.I opened this package to see if it was even what I ordered. It was, but with 10 other sets as well. I wasn't charged extra.But the thing about these sets is, they completely stink, a lot of them are discolored, others have broken wires, there are leaves weaved into the wires and one actually smells like it may have been on fire at one point. out of all 11 of them, only one works and seems to be brand new. I'm just glad I got the one set that works so I did get my money's worth, I just have no clue what to do with this literal trash.It's very heavy and the packages are broken from it being so dense so I feel I can't even start a return and send it to UPS because I'm almost positive they'd never allow me back in there after this.It’s a great set of lights but I wish they can improve the plastic in clear color, because during the day it shows the white plastic wire cover ☹️Looked great on our bushes this past ChristmasThis makes the third set of this brand that I have purchased. The color and intensity of the lights has remained consistent over the many seasons that I have used them. I only added a third set because the hedge they cover has grown enough that a new string is warranted. The image shows a layer of the blue over a layer of purple stringers that are deeper in the hedge.I purchased these about a year ago. This was my second time using them and only half the lights are lighting up. I tried to reset the lights by holding down the reset button on the control box, with no luck. I can not find the manufacturer's contact info anywhere on Amazon to ask for a replacement. These lights are beautiful when working.Worked one night very impressed with them they look great. Then the second night I saw a spark in the mode/ controller box when they tried to come on, and that was it Did not work again. Amazons was very helpful with a replacement I will let you know how the second set works.Very bright and beautiful colour. But there was no control of 8 modes that was changing constantly. For the first few days, it kept the mode we liked, but then, it started going back to the factory default each time it was turned on and never stayed on our preferred mode. We also bought Joomer’s blue 12ftX5ft believing it would be the same blue, but 12X5 and 7X5 were slightly different. If you put the two together, the difference in colour was noticeable. Had to stop hanging them two minutes in to find the loose wire, cut off the heat shrink, rewire, re-wrap and continue on. Now repeat that a dozen times. Curse. Repeat. Curse again.And I bought two strands!Finally got them up and working but I have no faith they will last at all.If the manufacturer reads comments they should pay attention to this issue.Disappointed as they do look nice, ONCE YOU REWIRE THEM REPEATEDLYJ'ai installé ces lumières pour aller autour d'un buisson. Je pensais que cela serait plus facile et joli que d'utiliser la guirlande de lumières traditionnelles que l'on enroule autour du grand buisson. En fait, tout défaire le set pour l'ouvrir et le poser c'est avéré aussi compliqué, sinon plus à installer. Puis, comble de malheur, la moitié des lumières de l'ensemble ne fonctionnait pas. Au printemps, j'ai coupé le tout et l'ai mis au poubelle.This is VERY bright, so we were pleased. We mounted on clear plastic before hanging it over our live archway. That way it wouldn't get stuck on anything. Worked great but even with the extra measure of protecting the wires, it still came apart. My husband was able to get 1/2 of it to work again. This would be an excellent product if it was constructed with more strength.Now changing from 5 stars to 2 because of the lack of warranty & customer service. How can you only warranty this type of product for 3 months??? Just like another customer said, Amazon should take this company off their site.
