Installed 12 of these lights in our churches Family Life Center which is 60' X 60' with 25' ceilings. Very brightand remote for dimming works very well with one remote controlling all 12. Lights will dim but not all the way down and I would suggest you turn lights OFF at switch and not remote if you have wall switches. My Pastor is very pleased with these lights. Replaced old 400W Metal Halide fixtures and these are way better.After about 1 year one of the lights would stay in the dimmest setting. Remote did not do anything on this light anymore. Seller replaced light very quickly honoring the 5 year warranty with no issues. Very good customer support.6/7/23 I replaced 4 of these UFO lights since Aril 2021. Problem is that they stay dim and are unresponsive to remote. This is frustrating. Is there a design flaw with this version of UFO light? I have a bank using different dimmable 240W UFO lights from a different seller and I have never had any problems with them. Are these lights stuck in the dim mode and if so why? Seller has been very good sending replacements. Krystal is excellent responding to any issue I've had. Customer support is AAA+.
