This grow light ended up working out quite well, though it wasnt quite as good as some others.If you are looking for a solid, easy to use grow light this will be perfect for beginner to moderate indoor growing or for a patch of non-sunny days in a small greenhouse, this grow light would be an excellent choice.I've used this alongside some more expensive grow lights, and found while it produces good sprouts and growth, my other more expensive grow lights seem to do a slightly better job (hence the 1 star ding).This light would be perfect for the average grower.These bow across the center where the panels come together. Its not a huge deal but it is noticeable. The quality of light and the amount of light these give off is very impressive. They are easy to hang and have been reliable. The way they wire this is not universal and is going to be a pain if I ever needed to replace the wires. But overall it feels very solid and dependable. This is the largest grow light we have ever used. We grow vegetables year round in our basement. We primarily grow hydroponically. This requires some assembly but the instructions are very easy to follow. The light is actually four single units that are attached together and controlled by a single switch. The switch and dimmer combo has a long cord so it can be mounted on the wall away from the light. It has a toggle from vegetive growth to bloom wavelengths and has a built in incremental dimmer. We are currently using it to grow 6 tomato plants in a single unit. It has fantastic coverage and we plan on experimenting with growing lettuce next with this light.Wow! Super impressed with this light! Super powerful without putting out a bunch of heat. The results speak for themselves. Extremely pleased! Highly recommendThese lights did the trick to help me up my grow game in terms of yield and quality of plants. I was able to get about 15% more harvest my first go around, and the plants were much less temperamental and seemed less needy, overall a great experience so far!You won’t be disappointed with this purchase! I never thought I would like the daisy chaining feature but couldn’t believe I lived without it! Then they added the dimmable controller that controls all the linked lights. It made this purchase the best I have ever made!Likes: light weight and durable! The light spectrum is fully covered. They added the best distance between lights during the lifespan of the plant. I had germination at day 3 of planting. Which the other light was day 5. This has put me ahead of my production schedule. I placed the seed at a distance of 35” from the light as suggested by product documentation.Dislikes: the only one I have probably couldn’t be achieved without making a fire hazard; or daisy chaining wire longer; is having the power and dimmable feature in one. Considering the power consumption of the product, this is unattainable. While they did daisy chain the power cord instead of having 4-separate power cords for 4-lights, they have 1.Overall: THIS IS A MUST HAVE FOR GROWERS! It’s light weight and durable material will not disappoint. The light spectrum is covered as well as easy on the eyes. The other light took some adjustment time when leaving grow tent. Great investment!Well made, super solid and works perfectly. Comes with an easy to understand manual that walks you through setup. That isn't hard though, takes about 10-15 minutes from start to finish. Height can be adjusted too. Has a timer, so you can have it turn off after so many minutes, so you won't forget. Good price, highly recommend.
