I was skeptical about these lights thinking they would not be bright, low to the. ground and unable to see them. However, they absolutely perfect for my yard and really made my decorations in the front stand out. They are blue, but depending the direction the light hits them, you can see the red and yellow twinkle from the decoration inside the bulb. None of the bulbs were broken and so far all the stakes have remained standing up in the ground. The bulbs were properly packaged to prevent chipping or damage which made assembly simple. They were not tangled. Connecting the two ends together was easy. My outlet was too far away; therefore, I connected them to an extension cord and they work just fine. I am preparing to order two more to extend them further down the walkway. Next year my goal is to align my entire driveway with them so I will probably need about six more. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
