It was fairly easy to install and looks amazing!! If you download the LampSmart app, you can set custom white color instead of the 3 preset whites on remote. The app also helps chandelier “remember” last color if you use a wall switch to control lights. Highly recommend.NOTE: received item with broken cylinder shade and scratched bubble light. Contacted Amazon, got a replacement fast. Second one was perfect. East to return damaged unit. Packaging is very good so surprised there was damage to the first item.On 3 pendant the Remote doesn't work. I may have a defective item but so far communicating with the seller has been very unhelpful. I'm still waiting past a week now for resolution, that is a clear answer on troubleshooting help or sending a replacement. I have a 6 pendant where the remote works and the light is beautiful.
