I received the item exactly as described, delivered next day with Prime. 2004 Chevrolet Suburban direct replacement. No hyper-blink problem with these in my application. The bulb will go in the socket 2 ways, fit is ambidextrous. but it will function and light up in only 1 direction. Neither bulb lit for me when first installed,so I had to take them out,turn around and replace. led burns bright. I received the new version, 2/13/24 .?5 star transaction
