This unit looks beautiful, is easy to install, and works exactly as it should. It's very quiet in operation (though the induction motor is not completely silent). The fan moves a decent amount of air, and having the three light temperatures is a nice touch.The unit's well-made, with good-quality components. The metal parts - for example, the down rod and the ceiling bracket - are made of heavy materials and feel very substantial. The fan offers two different lengths of down rod to suit your particular needs. The fan also includes a steel wire safety cable which can be fixed to a roof joist using the supplied hook, and which would certainly prevent the fan from falling should the ceiling bracket become detached.If you find it hums slightly when you turn on the light, try repositioning the light control unit (the small box into which the LEDs are connected). It's attached using magnets so it's easy to move around, and you should be able to position it so that there's no hum.Also, remember that this unit (in common with most ceiling fans) has an RF remote control: it isn't infrared, so doesn't need to be pointed at the fan in order to operate. In fact, it doesn't even have to be in the same room! I have two ceiling fans from this manufacturer - Bella Depot - with identical-looking remotes, and they do not interfere with each other at all.So all-in-all an excellent product that's easy to install, is well-made, and looks beautiful. It's everything you're looking for. You should buy it.
