As the title suggest, these are pretty good, and they were inexpensive. All hardware is included, and they hold fast with an included rubber gasket at the base. The gasket is thick enough and also has a tiny channel to allow the wires to run inside which lets the gasket stay flush on the surface you are attaching to. Or you can drill a hole and run the wires straight through the back. Screws have covers to make the overall light case smooth once installed.
