I love my copy stand, and the seller is wonderful!If there's an issue, they fix it, STAT.I received the copy stand quickly. It was easy to put together. All was going well until I went to screw the vertical arm on. Unfortunately, there was a manufacturing error. The screw hole in one of the square vertical poles was misaligned by about 1/4 of an inch.I wrote them and informed them of the issue and I had a response 5 hours later.They said, no worries, we'll send you a replacement part immediately, and they did just that.They mailed the replacement a few hours later!It's arrived I am very pleased.It's a nice item and, again, Goshot is awesome.In future, I'll be ordering my photo & electronic equipment from them. They were very easy to deal with.
